Is waterproof eyeliner that is not tested on animals available?

Are those brands all waterproof though?

Yes. Whole companies can be animal save. And some products are not tested on animals by the makers but are by the distributers. It's tricky stuff.

The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eye Pencil, is waterproof: https://www.urbandecay.com/categories/24... It's a little pricey, but it works. I have boughten two of these pencils, and I believe they stay true to their name, and are worth the price.

A cheaper alternative is: NYC Waterproof Eye Liner Pencil. You can buy it at a drugstore for about $3.99. All the reviews on totalbeauty.com (a makeup/beauty review site) are all positive! It has an average 9/10.

but i get make-up not tested on animals too because i think its weird people test that c**p o.O
