  1. It hasnt been legal there for year! People think it is legal there but in truth it is a class c (from the UK's system) but they tolerate it. They tried to ban it and no one listened so tey set up rules for people and cafes to follow. It is not legal to smoke it on the street, but you can have up to 3g on your person and smoke it indoors in certain buildings.
