Is weird lump normal??

I cut my hand on a piece of rusty metal, afterwards I noticed a freckle like spot on my hand about 3 inches away, it has been 2 days and i have noticed that the spot has turned grey and is now raised.... is this normal and what could it be??

Look at your question title - you use the word wierd and normal.

You actually answered the question. No it is not normal. See a physician. You need to check on your last tetnous shot.

it may be an infection. dont take my word for it though. you should seriously go see a doctor.
