Is werribee zoo(australia) ripping of animal kingdom disney world?

i read werribee open range zoo is going to spend $220 million to build it up . they are going to build roller coasters and waters slides, a big mountain and lake, a safari tour and a 4d show. i hope they build a hotel/lodge like disneyworld. sounds good for australia what do you think?
