  1. I'm moving to Switzerland in like 2 weeks (from Virginia, USA).

  2. Western Democracy doesn't exist. All the major Western governments are controlled by big business-that's what is controlling the planet, and that is why it is a mess.

In a perfect world, The United Nations would be the best organization to be the world's government, sans the security council.

  3. " What do I think about western civilization? "

    " I think it´s a very good idea "

    Mahatma Gandhi.

    Regards.

  4. As my history and government teacher in high school used to say, "A democracy is a horrible way to run a government, but it's the best way we've thought up so far."  Western democracy isn't the only hope or even a very good one, but I do believe it's the best form of government we've yet invented.

  5. It looks like the best option so far ..... but western democracy has many faces.

Considering the way the de facto 2 party system has worked in the

USA  lately , You can't really blame possible recipients and  'beneficiaries' of this American export product to harbor some serious doubts.

I'd prefer a system of proportional representation myself.
