Is what I want to do illegal?

Im 15 and I want to take my little brother to an ALL AGES appriote concert for him. My parents said we would talk about it. My mom says its illegal, for them to leave us two minors in the city for 2-3 hours. We'll just stay in the venue. I've been to shows before with other 15 year olds and itll be my brothers first concert I was 11 at my first concert. Itll be good for him. But is it illegal?

It depends on what time the concert is and what the curfew is for where you live. If it's past the curfew time, then your parents can get in trouble because you're both minors...

It depends on where you live and whether or not the city where the venue is has a curfew (most have midnight curfews for minors). Other than that it is perfectly legal for you and your brother to go to a show. If you're parents are iffy about leaving you two in the city by yourselves why don't you suggest that they go with you?
