ok I had about a 60g bowl of porridge with water and a lil bit of skimmed milk for breakfast
lunch: 4 tiny slices of brown crusty roll with a tiny bit of butter and one activia with prune yoghurt
snack:one small red apple
dinner: fruit smoothie containing- a small banana,a red apple,a few frozen berries and low fat natural bio yoghurt,I drank about 400ml of this and that is it for the rest of the day
is this healthy and how many calories should this be,under the recommended for women? thanks
