Is whiskas good for peruvian and abyssinians guinea pig ?

i wonder if whiskas or cat food good for peruvian guinea pig? cuz i saw some site that dog food is also good for peruvian.. is that true?

All guinea pigs are strict herbivores. They CANNOT digest anything other than plant matter, and can die if they do eat any. I have no idea where you read that, but it is very, very wrong.

And there is not one slightest difference between Peruvian or Abyssinian pigs. They are all the same species, just look different.
