Is white grape juice better than grape juice?

Is white grape juice unhealthier than grape juice or is it just sweeter?

Grape juice is a little tart....white grape juice is a little sweeter.....I like the look of the white grape juice in the summer if you want to serve it as a cold drink in a margarita or wine glass....you can put strawberries and mint in it and it looks really pretty.

As long as there is no sugar added, white grape juice is healthy, however, you get more flavinoids from purple grape juice.

They are so slightly different in nutrition that it doesn't really matter. It would make no effect on you in the long run.

I personally like the white grape juice's taste better.

purple grape juice is healthier, because they use the skins

white grape juice is just the pulp of the grape, no skins

they actually both have the exact same sugar content, equally sweet
