Magic is legal. That is to say, people can indulge in any fantasy they like. After all, people can go to church, drink the blood and eat the flesh of a dead god and be promised magical protection and life after death!

What is illegal is trying to make money out of false claims of magical powers.

england is the world centre of witchcraft, and there are covens all over the country. stonehenge in particular is a hubbub of witchcraft activity. i live by epping forest and withces often meet there. i'm not involved in witchcraft myself but i've known and met many people who were wiccans or witches. there were of course laws outlawing witchcraft in times past but i'm sure those laws don't apply anymore.
