Will power is like muscles..you have to exercise will power for it to work..repetitive actions make habits and good habits take a lot of consistent exercise of will power..

If you mean "Does will power exist . . .", I can tell you that it very clearly does, BUT, you have to use it to make it stay alive and grow, or it will become "just a illusion" in you.  "Pablo_as" has a very correct answer, and if you want to read about a very powerful man who knows all about will power, read "WILL: The Autobiography of G. Gordon Liddy".  If you're not familiar with who Mr. Liddy is, he was a very powerful man in the Richard Nixon Watergate fiasco which is where the media wants you to remember him, but he also has a military history as well as one with the CIA, I believe.  You want to know about will power, read that book.  Of course, it takes will power to read, so, . . ..  God Bless you.
