Is windows movie maker free?

i need help i don't know if its free and i want to make a movie to upload to youtube but i don't know if windows movie maker is free can you help me?

yes, it is free, but it comes with windows. I don't think you can just download it from MS.

yes, window's movie maker can be downloaded free at download.com all you have to do is search it up. however, windows movie maker does have a habit of freezing all the time. so make sure you save your work constantly.

If you have windows then you already have it on your computer, and it you don't then you can't get it.
