Is wireless AT&T works in Europian countries?

I would assume no.  Blackberry world edition phones are the only phone I've used cross country.  If you have a normal phone like the razor or blackjack there is no chance, but if you call AT&T and set up a world plan, you might be able to use it.  It should be something like 50 cents per txt and free emails. (blackberry tho)
