Great answer. I guess we can't make any money from our Toronto knowledge, can we ? ( grin ).

Maybe 50 cents an answer ,  on Saturdays, at Nathan Phillips Square ?  Or selling  free TTC maps, for a buck  ?

  2. No, they actually couldn't be much further apart and still be in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Woodbine mall is out in Rexdale ( North west of the city centre) and is called that because it's near the Woodbine race track.  There aren't any subway stations for miles to the south or east. The Woodbine subway station is on the Bloor subway line at Woodbine road, well to the south east of the Woodbine Mall and in the east end of the downtown core. As the crow flies ( direct point A to point B) it's about 13 km or a little over 8 miles. It's much further by road. The Woodbine Mall IS served by the TTC though by bus. If you're travelling by car, it'll take you about 40 minutes non rush hour between the two spots. Where are you starting from? I may be able to suggest a route to the Mall, which is where I assume you want to go.
