Is work xperience necessary for entrance in US, Europe, New Zealand MBA Colleges(2 year prog.) thru GMAT?

wat qualification(percentages in grad., 10,12, etc.) should student have to get into these MBA Collges thru GMAT-CAT. Also wat r d scholarship programs & wat type of financial help i could get to do MBA in abroad & in India? Is TOEFEL necessary to qualify before giving GMAT-CAT exam? i'm from india(Gwalior-M.P.) , doing B.E. in 3rd year from I.T. Which is d best coaching institution for GMAT-CAT? CAN i prepare by corresponding course for GMAT since i'm in gwalior & is corrosponding approach better for tougher exams like GMAT-CAT. Also tell me which is d best study material for CAT, is it I.M.S or C.L.or T.I.M.E. or anything else? in my city(Gwalior) their is only Carrier Launcher coaching classes for MBA preparation & i can't go to other cities since i'm doing B.E. - 3rd year starting.
