Hi,

     If you are talking about job security in call centers, I would like to say that you can survive in any industry provided you have a thorough knowledge and commitment towards work. As far as I know, no company in this world gives a written statement that you are assured for employment with them for 100 or more years in the job offer letter.

   If the threat you are talking about is within yourself, it is always safe to work anywhere if you know how to control yourself.
