Is working out for 30 mins good enough?

I workout every OTHER DAY for 30 mins and also taking creatine after every workout. Is this good enough or should I workout longer?

and i only exercise my upper body.

im not fat, im tryin to gain weight (muscles)

  1. 30 mins every OTHER day wnt do much at all if your trying to build muscle all over your body! seeing as though its just your arms, i guess 30 mins is ok! take in mind taking suppliments for muscle gain will try build your muscle all over, just because your only working out your upper body doesnt mean its just going to do that area! becareful not too gain weight! because it could go straight to your stomach..

    e.g (if u take protein when your not excercising at all you will just gain weight) so yeah becareful not to put on weight!

Not really, if u exercise 30 minutes push ups-sit ups then not very good to gain muscles it would make you lose weight push ups and sit ups are good for dividing the body shape not getting muscles . to gain muscles you should have dumbbells or most importantly go to gym. before gym drink a fresh juice and after the gym eat a meal with really lot of protein and calories don't worry you burn it all in the gym so i think that's the best way to get muscles and not lose weight

  3. sounds good to me. try to exercise your lower body also or else you might turn out looking weird.
