  1. yes

  2. Best game ever! but highly addictive, so beware, you have been warned!!

  3. Yes!

OK so you gotta get the initial install - buy the battle chest - you get WOW + Burning Crusade addon + 2 game refernce books.

Comparing Wow with runescape is unfair, they use vey different technologies and both have their selling points.

It should be noted that content is limited for non members in runescape.

I have played both and like both, you are probably best to try the WOW trial and free version of runescape and some other games, then make a choice.

  4. no, its c**p. and it slows down ur computer.

    try this game:http://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/v3/#/...

    its much better

  5. I do play it, yes it is very fun.

You choose a side- Horde or Alliance (they are both ok, but i play for horde..) and choose a race (Alliance- gnome, dwarf, human, night elf, draenie Horde- Orc,troll, undead, blood elf) then choose a class (rogue, hunter, paladin, shaman, druid, priest, mage, warrior, warlock)

You can PvP (player versus player) do quests, and so so so so MUCH MORE!

Go to http://www.worldofwarcraft.com for more info.

  6. Yes it is good, the main reason why its so popular is because its EASY to get started into. You can get to lvl 5 very quickly with any class. All classes can solo fairly well, I think druids will have the most problems mostly for inexperienced players. There are several sites where you can look up for quest help. Joining a guild is a good idea to if you don't play with friends. Buy the bundle pack that comes with the expansion to if your still planning to get the game. There is another expansion pack coming soon!

  7. Graphics are good but too much people and you need a really fast computer. And I also think that paying for the game and also paying monthly $20 is too much. I would rather play runescape which world of warcraft copied off (i think because runescape came out earlier than WOW). Btw I heard that runescape has gone over some massive graphics changes.

So which one would you go for?

WOW - pay monthly and good graphics and buy/download game

Runescape - option to play monthly, good graphcis after graphics change, and play it directly from your web browser.

    Good Luck Choosing!!!

  8. i play WOW and i have a lvl 31 Undead Warrior and let me tell you its fun as Heck.

at first it might be boring cause your a low lvl and there is not much to do, but thats only the first couple hours of play.

you can get into guilds at the drop of a hat no matter what lvl

once in a guild they help you lvl and they can run you through dungeons for some really good equipps

i would say that its a 9 out of ten

i have guild wars which is free online and i have played TIBIA wich is also free but WOW just blows them away. dont get me wrong. sometimes i like to go back to the other ones for a couple days but WOW draws me right back to it.

if you plan on getting wow, try to get a friend to get it with you,

its easier to lvl with a friend and if you recruit a friend you can get a unique mount (you ride it for faster running speed) for recruiting.

last but not least you can have mass amounts of characters there is not real limit.

  9. WoW is a good game, but it requires you to invest a lot of time in it to get the most from it.

Most high level players have been playing for a very long time (years).

If you enjoy MMORPGs then it is worth trying out, but be aware that it is very addictive and it is not a cheap game to play.

Most importantly of all, it can absorb hours of your life without you realising!  At the highest level it is quite easy to "accidentally" play it for more than 12 hours without really registering that time has passed.

If you have a healthy/active social life then you will probably not progess very quickly in the game and if you don't have an active social life then it is easy to find yourself absorbed into the parallel universe inside your computer.  I have seen this game ruin some of my friend's relationships!

As other people have stated it also requires quite a high performance computer as the graphics and interaction with other characters put high demands on your CPU/graphics card.

  10. its danm expencive. £1 per month per charicter, 60 day pass £30, registration £10.

  11. I personally think you should find other games because many people like it but it slows your cpu a lot and isnt that good in my opinion

  12. yes if you want to pay to play a video game. its well worth the money, but can be addicting...lol

  13. its fun and addicting, but once you stop you realize how repetive it is. Its a good game to get away from life and just put your brain on auto-pilot, you can get a trial for free, just search WoW on google.

  14. My son played this for over a yr was totally hooked, not sure what its about but he always talked about doing raids n stuff and creatures he became... Not my kinda thing
