Is writing the Easy way out? Because whenever I don't want to face the truth or w/e I'll write about it, and it seems so much smaller then it really is when i go back and re read it. I've started a story and that's how i do some of the parts to, i'll get really mad about something then go write my scene and it will have words i didn't even know i knew... but is writing just like an easier way to deal with something? or is it just a lame excuse to not get as mad at someone as you might before you write it?

  1. i agree, i don't think you should call it "the easy way out" 'cause that sound too much like drugs. but i think that writing is theraoutic in the way that if you write about someone else you forget about your own situation.

  2. No writing isn't the easy way out. It actually helps solve your problems. Plus, there's something self-prospective about writing. Its sort of therapeutic in a way. That's why many people vent by writing in a journal, poems, songs or even stories. Because its like if you're letting it all out. Even if its not to a person. It feels like a load off your shoulders.

  3. No. Writing is a creative outlet that can help all kinds of situations. Keep writing; you'll just get better and better.
