  1. Not alone, but if you don't work and draw in dust all day then that is a cause for termination.

  4. It depends what you wrote in the dust, and what your intentions were when you wrote it.

  5. I don't know...maybe they took it the wrong way, but still I don't know what the reason would be for termination....If you were terminated for that, you might be able to fight it (if that's all you wrote)
