  1. If girls can like shounen, guys can like shojo. Watch whatever you want, it doesn't matter what we think.

  2. It took me some time to realize that I do enjoy shojo. (I can;t stop watching Wedding Peach!)

Continue to watch, but always have a Code Geass or Death Note close by, OK?

  3. It's kinda cute actually. But if it's okay for girls to like shonens, (and it is okay?) it's okay for guys to like shojos.

  4. Why does it matter that you watch Shojo?

Simply because it's intended for women, doesn't mean a man can't watch it.

I'll let you in on a little secret:

One of my boyfriend's most favorite anime is Ouran and that's a Shojo anime. He also really likes Chobits (while a seinen anime, it often gets called shojo) though he'll probably be ashamed to admit it.

I think it's great that you are broadening your horizons.

I watch both Shonen and Shojo, and i have subscriptions to both Shonen Jump and Shojo Beat.

You shouldn't let the genre keep you from looking at something.

Also, you know how many fangirls talk about how they wish they knew a guy who likes Shojo.

I often hear those words being uttered at cosplay events or conventions.

  5. It is absolutely OK. There are a couple of Shojo that I have watched and enjoyed, but I think you could be watching some better shonen's. Like someone before me said, Death Note and Code Geass are great, and I would also add Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann to that list.

  6. I like shojo anime too! Not all of it, but quite a bit, so don't worry about it

  7. My best friend likes Fruits Basket and he's a guy, he also likes Naruto. I can't see what the problem is. Maybe I just make him watch the things I like, or he still has a heart!

Don't stop watching shojo! Some are better than Naruto, Inuyasha and all that together.

  8. NO!  I actually think that's cute.  I also like violent anime like Bleach, so I do agree with you, the repeating fighting sequences can get a little boring and tedious...how many DBZ episodes did we have to watch before Namek to blow-up in 5 minutes?  It is refreshing to see something new ever once in a while.  Plus if you think about shojo anime like Chobits can be pretty funny!  Anyways, don't worry about it: To each his own!

  9. Not at all. I'm an adult man and I love many shôjo anime. They're perfect when you're tired of all the violence and want something different for a change.
