what types of plane are z=1 and y=1 on? (horizontal, vertical, neither)

And how about 2x+3y=1

  1. x= 1 is a vertical line at x=1

    y= 1 is horizontal line at y=1

    z=1 is the x-y plane raised upwards by 1 unit (In 2D the z=0 so the xy plane is at the origin i.e. 0,0,0)

    2x + 3y = 1 looks like some sort of tilted plane that intersects the x-y plane and also has z components.

    The best way to see this is to graph this
