  1. i don't think so..

if i am the student, i prefer to have my research using google as my search engine..

facts are needed in every homework unless the student is asking for additional opinions, then yahoo answers would do.

  2. No. Because some users (like me) somehow find it fun trolling homework seekers in Yahoo Answers.

  3. no. yahoo answers is good for asking other people for opinions, ideas, and clarifications but not for homework. it's not as reliable as a book so it's not a good idea to use it for answering homeworks.

how are you going to defend something if your homework is a research or a report?

i hope you get my point....

  4. Yes, I think so. Many people with knowledge and experience willing to share what they know.

  5. no!

  6. If they know how to ask properly, they will get help.  Like a start up point.   But if it's obvious that they are plain lazy and expect all the work to be done for them, they are on their own.

  7. absolutely...

    definitely...

with correspondents all over the world, there is no way for your voice not to be heard and your question not to be answered in a different point of views...

you may have problems with the different reactions by your correspondents, but that is a way for you to understand and accept their culture, traditions and mores...

if you have something in your mind, never ever hesitate to ask....

  8. zzz... yes... but make sure your teacher is not a yapper! hmmm... beer... zzz...

  9. not really. [:

i once asked what is connotation and denotation, someone answered what does "de" stands for and it doesn't really makes sense.

  10. oh yes, it is...

  11. Sure it is. One can save time googling for results and most of the feeds gotten from Y!A are first-hand experience. Though some would rely on people here before they can finish their homework. Some would have forgotten the place called 'LIBRARY' and the action called 'RESEARCH'.

  12. I don't think so.  You can never be sure if the answers given are correct or not.  Better to research rather than rely on what are given.
