  1. I have heard that the plain non fat yogert is the most healthy. Putting

    your own fresh fruit into it is best.


  2. Get low fat, organic, plain yogurt and it is healthy.  Then add your own berries to it.

  3. Yes it is. Not only is it a good source of calcium and protein but it also provides the "good bacteria" to maintain our normal microbiota. I would go with lowfat variety if you are watching calories.
