today when i sleep i was awoken by a sound outside it sound like barking dog. then i notice that my legs feel tingles. i have sinned before so i wonder if it is the devil hounds and devil out to get me?

I think that Benjamin Creme says there is no fear because the Christ has reappeared [living in London] and will make his presence known soon.

Confession in a church or in as prayer may help.

It's not the Devil! Have a doctor examine your temperature. It's a combination of fever hallucination plus low blood pressure! However, try not to commit sins anymore. That will hurt at the end of the day!
