My boyfriend was born 3 months premature. He was born oct 24 and is a scorpio. i am also a water sign (pisces) and we get along well. im am just wondering if he is supposed to be an aquarius (jan?)...

Do the astrological signs go by when you were born or when you were supposed to be born??

My mother was 3 months premature and as a reult she is a dragon instead of a snake with the chinese symbols...we were looking at personalites and found that half of the snake personality suited her exactly and half of the dragon personality suited her exacly so i was wandering if  she was both AND half of each chinese animal.
