  1. Not to create them, but to "see" them.  First there must be the proper location of rain and sunlight.  Then those individual colors are emitted toward your eyes, which collects and transmits the image electrically to your brain.  There it is processed and you "see" the image called a "rainbow".


  2. nope. rainbows have been around a lot longer than you have (hopefully)

    if you mean to see rainbows, the answer is still no. my digital camera does not have a brain but can still see rainbows
