Its pretty cool to be in a place where we worship God.  Yes it is boring at times but God deserves our praise and worship

I'm a believer, but the vast majority of churches are as boring as h**l. They say all the right things, but most of them lack the right spirit and/or they have some dumb, embarrassing band in there.

I wouldn't go to a church, but rather prefer to go into my closet in secret to pray, as per instructions in the New Testament.

I went to a "shule" (synagogue) when I was growing up, which was really boring - except when the rabbi stopped his sermon to stare someone down for talking, which was pretty funny.

boring but a few things have happened

our old priest was caught drinking the wine after mass hours and DURING mass(when the deacon gives the homily) he'd step out and have a smoke

and on advent that wreath with candles caught on fire, unfortunately they stomped out the fire and continued with mass.
