As alive as I am. I believe a person can dream as much as he wants to as long as he has imagination, the will, the intention and interest to aspire for some thing/s in life that would make him happy and complete.

errr....i'm not so sure what you meant by that but if you are talking about one's ambition..yeap, my ambition still there going strong day by day....
