And yet today sees the start of another 400 appartment block in my village.

There are currently millions of appartments and villas for sale in Spain. In my village alone there are 170 out of 240 for sale or rent.

If people would start buying second hand appartments and not buying off plan the builders would stop building.

Many people try and buy off plan with the intention of selling on completion to make a few bucks. It all comes down to greed.

If you want to buy a property in Spain jump on a plane and come look at the properties which are finished and for sale.
