Mine is...

I have a sport-tourer motorcycle (more sport than tour, but does both very well)

I also drive a Cadillac Eldorado, which is classified as a luxury-sport coupe (more luxury than sport, but again does both very well).

The bike has just over half the horsepower of the car, and weighs in at 1/8th the weight...

Is your motorcycle similar to your car?

  1. Kind of in a way. Both are very utilitarian. I don't waste money on flashy, chromy things. Not a lot of bells and whistles on either, just basic creature comforts. Both get me from point A to point B without too many headaches.

    '02 Electraglide standard

    '04 F150 heritage.

  2. Drive a Civic. Ride a Sportster.

  3. Yeah the Cuda & Shovel are a lot alike

  4. You must be the pride of Mansfield. I guess there isn't much to do there. Never read so much dribble in all my life. Like listing to a tweleve year old spoiled brat.

  5. My car is about the size of a motorcycle...does that count?

    :)

  6. Dive a van.

    Ride a Harley Superglide.

    They are both silver.

  7. 97 chevy ext cab,  lowered, dual exhaust, escalade front clip, big stereo, custom paint and wheels, a topper on the back so I can haul all my sh** and keep it locked up.

'03 Electra glide, put a low profile seat on it, performance exhaust (of course), nice stereo, stock paint and rims (but same color as truck) has hard saddle bags to haul my sh** in and keep it locked up.

I never thought about it, there are obvious differences, windshield wipers being one of them, but some similarities are becoming apparent.

  8. 95 Chevy Suburban 6.5 Turbo diesel so I can haul anything

07 H-D Sportster I would say there is a big difference between them

  9. Not at all.  It's weird, I own 3.5 motorcycles that pretty much get all my attention when it's available, but I could care less about what type of car I drive.

  10. My bike is a high MPG kimchee burner that I can burn up and throw away.

My car is a 72 Dart that is a statement that new cars suck.

  11. Not at all, for instance you get out of our car and it doesn't fall over. Is your bike a Ducati? BTW  3 more washers and bolts and my Gold Wing would be a Civic.

  12. Eldorado?. That explains alot!

Can you ask a question without bragging about yourself?

Do you constantly talk about yourself?

  13. Let's see; my car leaks vital fluids- smells like raw fuel - doesn't stop worth a sh*t - gets poor gas mileage - handles on a par with a cement truck - starts only when Mars and Venus are in alignment - headlights only work in daylight - only has four speeds - vibrates like a b*tch in heat and is driving me into the poor house.

Come to think of it, my car and my bike might be twins!

  14. if your bike is as big as your Cadillac eldorado, you need a smaller bike.  no my bike is not similar, in my car i can hear my wife talking to me.  my pipe is loud enough on my bike that when she does ride with me i can't hear say anything.

  15. My car gets the same mileage but has a smaller engine

  16. i don't own anything other than bikes.... i get to drive demos from my car lot

wife has a leased car... much like my taste in bikes, it's black, has chrome, leather, fancy wheels, and it's comfortable

    ford fusion, 210hp

i know a ferrari will go 3 times faster, but it's also uncomfortable , high pitched, driven by a person with a terrible attitude aka prick, and annoying, hmm, sounds familiar
