Is your neighbor allowed to video tape you without permission?

My cowoker says she is going video tape while i work saying i walk around too much and is going to email to our boss. she should worry about working and getting her work done and mind her own business. isn't it illeage to video tape someone without their permission. just wondered.

Well, that would definitely be an objectionable act on part of my neighbour. It is a clear cut voilation of one's privacy, and a sensitive issue. If i find my neighbour doing so without my permission, i would immediately sue him for breach of privacy, as on moral and ethical grounds its an unacceptable behaviour.
