If so, what's the reason? Increasing crime? Too many undesirables moved in? Why do you think good old neighborhoods are going down hill?

  1. No, where I live people want to come and live here. The quality of life is better, less crime and the weather is great. Though saying that, I don't live in the UK.

  2. oh my god, is it ever.

  3. yes and because of all the reasons you stated there.

  4. to much scum about. the pub closed to.

  5. I have seen some very nice old established neighborhoods destroyed by the welfare crew. New construction takes up new unused land, usually agricultural land,  while the old gets dilapidated and sits loosing any value because of these people  as others flee trying to avoid the undesirables. I have even seen entire cities disappear because of this very thing.

  6. yea bad managment and too many rentals

  7. yes! too many unsupervised young people! teenagers! they came by and broke the basket ball rim i have outside the house and i come out and find trash everywhere! its rediculous!

  8. Yeah them d**n undesirables. We are getting together to get rid of them though.
