  1. It's nice now after I spent almost $3000 making repairs from my last tenant. If doesn't have a name, just a street address in Erie, PA


  2. It's nice until the next tenant tears it up.

  3. My rentals do not have an official name, but I lovingly call them My Money Pits :)

    They are very nice since we keep everything maintained and make upgrades as needed.
