yes it is banneded from all turkey and the way i see it i think they will not keep banneding it i think a frind told me that ther was a movie that said bad things about mostafa kamel atatork thats why they banned it but it's easy they found a way to use youtube from other sites

Yes it's banned. I can access it through some sites but with those browsing sites, even though I can watch videos, I can't log in my youtube account :(

Turkey is not a federal country so the court order is valid nationwide.
