Malaga midfielder, Isco, believes that there are no other teams in the Spanish League that can seriously challenge Barca and Madrid and it will be just the two of them who will again contend for the title this season.
The young Malaga midfielder, Isco, is on the side of his coach, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Manuel-c23383 Pellegrini, and is insistent on the belief that there are no other teams in the Spanish League that can truly upset the established order.
Although Malaga are in good form and Atletico Madrid are level on points with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 at the top of the table, Isco still feels the gap between the teams is just too great and it is not one that will be bridged soon.
“I concur with Pellegrini. Atletico and ourselves have began well but there are two teams who are superior to the rest and there are no others that can fight them for the title,” Isco told Radio Marca.
When Isco was also asked about who he considered to be the best player in the world it was obvious where his heart was.
“Falcao, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-Ronaldo-c9629 and Messi are the best in the world but I’m sticking with Messi,” he asserted.
He was also questioned about his future at Malaga and whether he is considering a move to a bigger European club given the constant speculations regarding his future. However, he made it clear that he is not allowing any rumours to get into his head and
he knows where his mind is set at the moment.
“For me personally things have gone well and my name is more well-known, but my head is only in Malaga,” he explained.
Finally, Isco mentioned that he is now focused on helping his Under-21 Spanish team and his first priority is to beat http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denmark-c2884 in the play-off match and qualify for the European Championship's finals.
“I feel like part of the team because we are a group of friends. We have to get a good result in the first leg ,” he concluded.
When La Liga resumes after the international break, Malaga will host Valladolid at home on Saturday, October 20.
