Isheforreal is expected to retain his winning form in third semi-final of the Bettor.com Peterborough Puppy Derby 2012, taking place at Peterborough on Friday, April 20th.
The white and black dog is in terrific rhythm these days. Ahead of his wonderful win in the first round of the Bettor.com Puppy Derby, the dashing hound sealed four consecutive triumphs at Peterborough.
On April 14, he added another excellent win to his tally, beating Droopys Hope by four and a half lengths in the fourth heat of the championship.
David Pruhs’ trainee led the proceedings from pillar to post, not letting his opponents fancy their chances. He performed in such an outstanding way that the experts were left with no option but to declare him favourite for
today’s crucial sprint.
Let’s see how he manages things in the 420 metres flat heat, which is scheduled to get underway at 21:34 GMT. The triumphant hound will walk away with a cash prize of £150.
Among the contenders are: Loughside Jack, Frisby Barney, Lower Prices, Isheforreal, Farloe Spitfire and Farneys Mark.
Isheforreal would be tough to beat, but Farloe Spitfire can spoil his party. The black dog is full of spirit following two back to back wins. In the opening round of the contest, the B. Draper-trained clinched the top place
by 3¾ lengths.
Droopys Scolari’s son established his dominance at the first bend and retained his advantage till the winning post. Out of others, Lower Prices seems to be in good position to qualify for the grand finale.
In the previous round of event, the black b***h was outpaced by Newinn Rocket. Despite the fact that she ran clearly right through the race, the b***h was unable to surpass the triumphant hound.
Loughside Jack was not impressive last time out, as he ended up third on the chart. Similarly, Frisby Barney would find it difficult to display a winning performance.
The stats show that Isheforreal would make things tricky for his opponents. Farloe Spitfire is full of confidence following his first round success and thus, one can expect him to upset the favourite. We wish the best of luck
to everyone.
