Isheforreal hot favourite for Coral, Bet By Phone 0800 242 232 at Romford
No one can pick any holes in Isheforreal’s recent efforts and David Pruhs’ charge is expected to continue his winning run in the Coral, Bet By Phone 0800 242 232, a 400 metres flat race, taking place at Romford on Friday, June
8th. The £175 Open race will be kicked off at 21:56 (GMT).
Among Isheforreal’s rivals in the high status meeting are: Guinness Andy, Blue Max, Droopys Bach, Sable Blitz and Droopys Chase.
None of the bookmakers was expecting Isheforreal to bounce back after suffering a humiliating defeat in late April. In an open race at Peterborough, Royal Impact’s son was bumped twice in the middle and as a result, finished
at bottom of the table.
Consequently, the connections had to take him to the lower grade, giving him an opportunity to regain his momentum. The champion hound did not take much time to get his act together, winning an A1 event by three and a quarter
lengths last month.
After making his way back to the Open grade, Isheforreal registered two emphatic wins before clinching a comprehensive victory at start of this month.
Romford’s audience saw him securing the top spot by a couple of lengths, despite getting bumped at the first bend. After four successive wins, the maverick hound is full of spirit and holds a wonderful chance of bagging the
winning prize tonight.
Wins are not coming to Guinness Andy’s way frequently, but still the white and black deserves some respect. Prior to his fifth place last time, S. Cahill’s trainee won a similar race by 1¼ lengths.
Blue Max is enjoying decent form these days, but needs a slice of luck to upset the proceedings tonight. The blue dog was runner-up in his last two appearances.
Droopys Bach will be a threat to all, if holds his position early. Droopys Chase needs to iron out trapping to do well today. Similarly, Sable Blitz requires putting his best foot forward in order to fancy his chances.
Although there are some in-form runners in the line-up, no one is likely to spoil Isheforreal’s party. We wish the best of luck to everyone.
