Isheforreal set to restart Romford campaign with a win in Coral Supports The RGOA Standard
Isheforreal is no stranger to tasting success at Romford and, after doing the goods at Peterborough, he is all set to resume his journey on a winning note round this venue. Although the white and black dog is facing a very strong opposition, one can expect
him to pick up where he left off.
The David Pruhs-trained was an amazing winner on his previous venture here. On December 7th, he demonstrated an excellent show, beating Sharons Return by three and a quarter lengths. After doing a great job here, the dashing hound went to Peterborough,
and displayed a couple of great acts.
After missing the gold medal only by half a length on December 12th, the 2-year-old lifted the standards, and clinched a handsome win last time out. He always led the proceedings, and eventually bagged the first prize by two and a half lengths.
The son of Royal Impact, out of Thai Girl, is returning to his favourite venue with plenty of determination. There is nothing wrong with his current rhythm, and he just needs to deliver his best to take the first prize.
Among his rivals are: Sharons Return, Millwards Matt, Nans Turbo, Broadacres Buddy, and Joe Bones. The race will be run over 400 metres. The competition will be for a prize of 175 pounds.
Sharons Return will hold all the aces if trapping well. The black dog is full of confidence after a fine 2¾-length triumph over Nans Turbo. Consistency is Sharons Return’s forte, and it is not hard to expect him to run well.
Millwards Matt will exploit the inside crowding. The black dog lost his rhythm after winning a race at Poole, and could only seize the third place last time around. Broadacres Buddy battled on well latest, but this is a stronger race. Despite having the
draw in favour, the black dog does not turn us on.
Nans Turbo is a real credit to the connections, and needs to apply early moves to be competitive in this meeting. Joe Bones has no margin for errors against this opposition. Good luck to all the contestants.
