Isit good to exfoliate before holiday?

aswell as making it more even etc?

I exfoliate every day. That's the magic of those great little scrubbies!! Or are they "poofs"? I call them scrubbies.

yes its meant to help get a tan. when i went over turkey we were told at the turkish baths that you should have a good exfoliate because you are getting rid of all the dead skin so the sun is tanning fresh skin. also you are less likely to peel because the skin has more moisture.

but make sure you exfoliate then moisturise. if you use a dry hard bristled body brush (body shop £6) and do small circles, it gets rid of your dead skin and helps with cellulite. then use a simple louffer to get rid of any extra dead skin. hope that helps :)
