Isit normal to wonder what a dead loved one looks like after they have died?

Yes, I think it's perfectly normal to wonder what your loved one looks like after they are gone.  My husband's been buried for over three & a half years now; and I still think about what is going on "under there".   I have dreams about it too, where Cliff digs his way out of his grave & comes home to me.....but he is all decomposing,and pieces of his body fall off.  I am never disgusted or scared of the way he looks & I hug him & tell him he has to go back.    Some people might find my way of thinking morbid, but I don't because I love my husband even though he is dead. And I don't care what he looks like now, but I have a pretty good idea of what I would see, if I could.

sure, i think especially when we miss that loved one, we imagine what they might look like in their new realm.  it is my experience that they are unencumbered by a human body and many of them simply bear an energy or spirit signature.  that can be perceived by the loved ones as a swirling mass of ectoplasm or someone wearing their favorite hat.  it is very personal.

h**l yeah. My cousin always denied having breast implants even though I knew she was lieing. A month after she died, I dug up her casket and sure enough, her b*****s were flat as pancakes. I knew that they took em' out!
