I am a conservative muslim and have noticed that many of my fellow muslim brothers and sisters are goiong to vote for Barak Obama pre-Isreal statements. My question is does he not go against everything that Allah (swt) tells us.I mean he supports g*y marriage , abortion, the collection of earnings without earning them ect. so are my fellow brothers an sisters are not brothers and sisters after all.Is the Muslim community willing to totally willing to forget everything that Allah (swt) told us just to end the war I mean or is it just choosing the lesser of two evis can someone please explaine to me why.

    Obama second left top row

its nawt like hes gunna continue bush's job killing nations

mccan probably do that but obama i doubt it

  5. he is the lesser of two evils.  Bottom line for Muslims there will never be an American politician who can be 10/10 from an Islamic point of view.  The problem is that Muslims get hung up on the social issues (like g*y marriage) and run with it and do not look at the policy issues.  No American president will ever be pro-Palestinian.  That is a fact.  McCain would continue Bush's policy of aggression and that is unacceptable.  Is Obama a savior for Muslims?  No absolutely not. But he is least likely to continue the invasion of Muslim countries and isolationist policies which have made the US more hated than ever and made us even bigger targets for terrorism.  just my two cents.

  6. No, it isn't UK answers - it's simply Yahoo anwers.

  7. Hello people please! this is answers UK!! why not post this in the American one????

Anyway this question is just to discourage people from voting for him and i think he is definitely the lesser of two evils and i see nothing wrong with g*y marriage thanks very much.

  8. that may be true, but at the same time, he is not muslim, so why should he follow our rules? he is going to fix this country and put an end to the media giving islam a horrible reputation! think about the economy, the war in iraq. think about all of the innocent women and children dying in iraq because of george bush! john mccain wont fix any of this, he'll make it worse. thats why I believe barack obama is better.

voting is of course anyones opinion, but by not voting, ur giving john mccain a chance to win, and a chance america will continue the same

  9. im not even gonna vote cuz i dont like Mccain and i dont like Obama either.  He's sitting on AIPAC's lap just as we speak. I wanted Ron Paul in the office

  10. you only have two options...they are voting for the better of the two in their opinion

  11. If you are in America you should understand that religion is separate from state. Given that, you should understand there are many people living in the US of different religions or of no religions at all. He is the better of the two because he is more open minded and provides more options for a majority of Americans.

  12. I don't think anyone needs to be deciding who they will vote for based on what thay person will do for Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc.  I think we should make our decision based on what the next president can do for American citizens.  I am not happy at all that any of the candidates want to continue a useless war, but I live in America and I want our president to do what is best for America and I truly believe that is Obama because Bush made a mess and McCain will only continue in his footsteps.  If there is any hope for our nation in the next 4 years it is with Obama.

  13. Its either him or Mccain.......!!!!

  14. I'm not voting for anyone
