Hi every .. I am muslim convert .. last night i dreamt that the imam was getting me to repeat after him the Shahada in Arabic. He was even correcting me if I made a mistake.

Sometimes I also dream bad spirits and to make them go I start saying Bismillah Rahmani Rahim (sorry if i spelt it wrong) and then Shahada.

What do these dreams mean?

Thanks

  3. Hi

the word when someone becomes a Muslim is revert not convert because in Islam we believe everyone was born a Muslim and as some go older they start going astray or following their parent's.

I'm not sure what these dreams mean but maybe it's got something to do with things happening in your life.

    hope I helped

  4. I think that you are really a good person that god guided to the right path .

maybe your dreams is a reminder to know more about Islam , to dig deep into it and to do more for it.

this means that Alah loves you enshal'alah

    but god knows best .

This dream is telling you that you feel you need guidance. It is also an indicator of the acceptance of your shahada. You will receive guidance if you seek it.

Your other dream shows that you are fearful and seeking to begin, with Bismillah a new phase in your life. Learn ayatul Kursi

it will help you greatly. Recite it before sleeping, after waking and after salaat. It will always protect you from fearful outcomes.

Also www.islamicity.com is a very good website for quran translation and recitation. Find out about muslim community in your area, especially moderate people of your age, so that they can provide you with some support and guidance

  7. Ultimately the meanings of dreams can only be deciphered by the individual for themselves because they are the only ones who know what is going on inside and outside in their lives. Dreams provide us with gateways into subconscious matters.

Perhaps these dreams mean that you are seeking refuge from evil?

  8. It is probably related to your recent conversion, why did you convert ? What did you find in islam that was absent from you former faith (if you had one) ?

  9. These dreams simply mean that you need to get some sort of a life outside of your 'chosen' religion. It is dominating all of your thoughts, and that is sad.

  10.    You need to learn about Islam. Shahadah is the basic belief. The dream advises you to learn more about it and fulfill the obligations of a true Muslim. So  start learning about Islam and you will be insha Allah protected from Satan.

You are lucky to have embraced Islam. It is the only real religion in the world. Our God is the REAL God, our prophet is a REAL prophet and  day of judgment is SURE to come. Therefore we cannot live a carefree life, but have to worry for the hereinafter. For this purpose

labor is needed. One must fulfill all the obligations of a good Muslim.

The dreams are only a reminder to this effect.

( God protect me from the cursed devil )

    follow by the Fatihah

  16. The Prophet(SAW) said:

"To see a good dream is a blessings, and you should not speak about it to anybody else except to those near and dear to you and people of sound opinion."

"If you see a bad dream, you should phew towards your left thrice and seek ALLAH(SWT) protection against Satan's mischief and change sleeping side."
