  1. Study your stomach, your stomach is a size of your fist. It takes arround 20 minutes from your mouth untill reaching your stomach. And according to Muhammed sall Allaahu alaihi wa sallam you must 1/3 to the stomach itself, 1/3 for food and 1/3 for drink. Everytime you want to have lunch or dinner remember that. Muhammed sall Allaahu alaihi wa sallam had dates for his iftar, compare that to nowadays food on the table(s)...

Make everyday 30 minuts of sport, in my eyes, the men that fulfills his Duty towards Allaah by 5 times a day praying in the mosque and walks to it and walks back by a different way, he would reach that 30 minutes.. Let aside the work outside and inside the house (which hasn't got to do with Islaam) For women, also 30 minutes, but i think a good ugti that is active in the house by cleaning and taking care of the children will also reach the 30 minutes with the stairs only pfff. I myself walk with my baby of 1 year old (10 kg) up and down the stairs i think at least 15 times a day. Masha Allaah.

    Otherwise:

  2. Eat according to the Sunnah & do lots of house work.

  3. look up 'muslim SMILE diet' it's kinda interesting. you eat just the foods that you like + give you energy. theres a grid- foods that you like but make u lazy, foods you don't like that give you energy, foods that you like that make you energized and foods you don't like that make you lazy.

so all you eat is the foods you like that give you energy- leave off all the foods that you dislike (liver, brussel sprouts, etc.) and all the foods that make you lazy (pizza, chips, fries, etc.)

    and also eat in moderation

  4. [7:31] O children of Adam, you shall be clean and dress nicely when you go to the masjid. And eat and drink moderately; Surely, He does not love the gluttons.

what else you need, the above verse Explains all.

** Eat according to Glorious Quran

  5. Taking care of your body is definitely something that Islam values.  Being overweight can mean that you are not taking care of yourself.

  6. suic-bomming -- always loses a few bounds of flesh
