No worries about points because if you are having problem then ask as much as you can and keep answering also.

Try this first.In answers use search for question bar, As you type question of same type, there will be in a drop down box below with answers. You don't always have to put in full question. If you are not satisfied keep adding words to question. No points deducted.

Ye it is but if you choose a best answer you get

three points back,so don't let public choose as

you get no points back.
