Isn't a moderator's role to remain neutral?

  1. As in every good family every so often people are going to disagree on something.

    A moderator's role is to try to let them figure and settle down their differences on their own giving both sides positive advise, not one against the other but hearing both sides and trying to make them find a middle point compromise.

    Is not the best role but is a very important role.

  2. if we're talking a yahoo group- not all groups are created the same. just as they're isn't so great owners, same with moderators. not all mods are going to remain neutral
