Isn't he just enable his 20 yr. old child?

My husband calls his 20 yr. old every morning to get up for work in spite of the fact that he comes into work everyday up to 2 1/2 hours late at least 3 times a week. Is this normal for his age? How do I get my husband from feel he is responsible for his child getting up for work & keeping his job?

That's ridiculous.  Buy him an alarm clock.  It's not normal.  If you are old enough to hold a job, you should be old enough to take care of yourself.

How does your son still have his job if he always comes in late?

His 20 year old is not a child anymore and that guy or girl needs to learn their own responsiblity on getting up on thier own. if they are lazy well then thats thier problem.
