Question:

Isn't it a sad indictment on our society?

That a guy like Bill Clinton is revered, even though he betrayed the sacred institution of marriage that many of us hold dear, yet a man of values and principles like George W. Bush is vilified for sticking with those values? Sorry, I think I want a leader who upholds the truths, and values that this country stands for as my leader, not someone who will betray his wedding vows, then lie about it to us all. What I'm more ashamed of than his actions, is the reaction of society in general, you no, it's 'no big deal' it's between 'him and his wife'. Sad.

  1. clinton didnt cheat on me so why should i care alot of men if not most cheat it happens get over it and just cuz bush has not been caught dont mean he hasnt fooled around just shows hes normal if you ask me

  2. Is Bill Clinton more "revered" than Bush?

Was Bush vilified for remaining faithful to his wife?

    I don't think so.

Anyway, great leaders are not also great in their personal lives anyhow.

I don't have any love for either of these men.  They are both socialists and totalitarians.  And Bush is also a warmonger.
