Personally I think that's wrong coz of freedom of speech...

Anyway, it's Terrorism Act 2006, right?

I' not convinced the law has teeth and it would be hard to prove in a court.  "Condoning terrorism" means physical support, not just saying you like it so there really is no freedom of speech issue as long as the courts are involved.  Look at it another way, how many British citizens would have been spared death and maiming by terrorists of the IRA if this law had been in place and enforced when so many New Yorkers were openly sending tons of cash to them?
