Isn't it amazing how things can change for a club in a week ?

Manchester City had a great start to the season last time, they even had 4th spot ahead of Liverpool for a few weeks but the 2nd half of their season was rubbish. They lost 3-0 , 4-0 even at home. Now their fans are in dreamland with their new billionaire owners, I expect a full, packed out stadium against Chelsea on the 13th at the East-lands.

I'm an Arsenal fan and we had a poor start to the season, not very impressive against WBA, lost against Fulham, won 4-0 vs Twente and 3-0 vs Newcastle, mood of everyone involved with the club has now been changed.

This question is mainly for Man City fans, and others as well if you want to comment, How do you feel now that you have got new owners and ready to be spend big-time and be the biggest club in the Premier League ?

  1. in man citys case a week ago they were a rich laughing stock and now they are a laughing stock

  2. i'm chelsea but i think its great - opens up the league more.

can't wait for the match, no idea whose going to win - that's the great thing about it.

hope arsenal pick up - husband bit despondent cos he's arsenal.

if i was a city fan i would be celebrating.

  3. Everton fan. I feel sick at the financial and business mess were in at that moment but all the same look forward to seeing how Robhinio does on Saturday.

  4. Man City and Chelsea (almost equally) fan. Man City has become a "mini" Chelsea. They got rich and aren't afraid of spending money. It worked for Chelsea and will work for Man City. They will split with Man U this year and finish fourth in the premier league. Chelsea will finish first.

  5. Yes mate ......we know......only too well !!!!!!.

  6. I support man utd so I should hate man city, but it's the opposite I'm happy for them, I think it's funny and great at the same time. they were always seen as a smaller club now they can buy the best in the world and chelsea brought their premiership title and their fans were over the moon when it happened, so who knows man city could win it this year or maybe next year, if they had of been brought before the end of the transfer period just gone by.

it's funny because they are now going to sign the big players all the other big clubs were trying to get for ages. the more big players in the premiership the better. the money being spent on them is crazy but great for the premiership, but no so good for English players. I can't wait to see who man city buy next when the transfer window opens again in January

  7. Man City's biggest attendances were after the war when Man Utd used Maine Road temporarily, enough said.
